At Little Brick Market, we offer LEGO products in various conditions to suit your needs. Please review the following guide to understand the condition options before making your purchase. Note that product images are for reference only and may not reflect the exact condition of the item you select.

CONDITION GUIDE FOR SETS READ THE DESCRIPTION: This designation indicates that the set has unique characteristics requiring a detailed, individual description. Please read the specific item description thoroughly before purchasing.

• New: The set is sealed and it's contents, including bags, stickers, and instructions, are in brand-new condition. The bags are factory sealed. The original box is included and will be in good condition. Minor box wear may occur, such as worn seals or slight imperfections. If box condition is critical, please email info@littlebrickmarket.com to inquire about a specific item before purchasing.
  

• New Damaged Box: The building kit's contents (bags, stickers, and instructions) are in brand-new condition with factory-sealed bags. The original box is included, but it may have damage, which can consist of sticker damage, shelf wear, creases, crushing, or other cosmetic imperfections. These damages do not affect the building experience. Box seals may be worn or opened in some cases.

• Almost New: At least half of the original bags in this set remain sealed. Any opened bags have undergone careful inventory to ensure the set is complete. The set includes the original box and instructions.

• Used: Our 'Used' sets are sold As-Is unless otherwise specified. In order to offer the best value for used sets,  completeness and condition are not guaranteed. Used as-is sets will be in good to excellent condition. You will receive the purchased LEGO set As-Is and may be missing pieces, may have color swapped, minor wear, damaged or uncleaned parts. We are happy to assist you in replacing the missing/damaged pieces for you. There may be an additional cost to the customer to replace pieces. As-is sets will contain all minifigures unless otherwise noted. 

• Used Certified Complete: This set has been opened and meticulously checked to guarantee all pieces are present. The pieces are organized by color in bags (not the original packaging).

• Used Certified Complete with Box and Instructions: This set has been opened and meticulously checked to guarantee all pieces are present. The pieces are organized by color in bags (not the original packaging). The original box and instructions are included.

• Used Certified Complete with Instructions: Similar to the above, this set has been opened and verified to be 100% complete, with pieces organized by color in bags. However, the original box is not included. The original instructions are included.

• Used Built: You will receive the LEGO set assembled. (Possibly as shown in the images) Completeness and condition are not guaranteed; you will receive what is shown. We may partially disassemble the set for shipping purposes.

We want you to love what you build, but we understand that sometimes things don’t work out. Here's how returns work at The Little Brick Market.

✅ Our Return Window

You have 30 days from the day you receive your order to request a return.

📦 What Can Be Returned?

We only accept returns on New, Sealed sets or other unopened items — and only if they’re in the same condition you received them, with original packaging and proof of
purchase.

If, for any reason you are unhappy with your in store or online purchase, we will happily provide you with an EXCHANGE or CREDIT NOTE 

Because many of our items are pre-owned, collectible, or rare, most purchases are final sale and not eligible for return. If you're unsure, please ask before buying, we're happy to help clarify. 

💬 How to Start a Return

If you believe your item is eligible for return, email us at info@littlebrickmarket.com.
We’ll review your request and let you know next steps. If the return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions and a return shipping label or you can return it us in store.

🧱 Damaged or Incorrect Items

Please check your order when it arrives. If something’s wrong, like a damaged item or a mistake in your order, reach out to us right away. We’ll make it right.

🚫 What Can’t Be Returned?

We cannot accept returns on:

Used sets or minifigures

Bulk brick purchases

Custom or special orders

Sale items or gift cards

 Many of our items are previously owned or collectible, which makes them unique — but also final sale.
